Come stay at our M22 oasis! Find yourself conveniently located in the middle of all your up-north attractions, including Traverse City, Sleeping Bear Dunes, Suttons Bay, wineries, beaches, and much more! When not exploring nearby attractions, find yourself relaxing by the private creek, running through the backyard, playing board games, watching a movie in the den, or cooking a meal in the well-equipped kitchen. Whether you want to relax and be one with nature, enjoy nearby tourist attractions, or a little bit of both, our M22 oasis has something for everyone! BEDROOMS: One king bedroom, queen bedroom, and third bedroom have two twin trundle beds that can also be converted into a king bed. There is plenty of space for three couples, a family of 6, or a group of friends! We also have a pack n-play on site!

LIVING AREA: Located within the open concept first floor area is a large sectional, 55-inch TV, record player, and peek-a-boo views of Grand Traverse Bay. A Firestick TV is connected to the projector for you to connect to your favorite screening services.

DOWNSTAIRS DEN: Enjoy watching something on our 100-inch project screen while relaxing on our nest-style couch. A Firestick TV is connected to the projector so you can connect to your favorite screening services. In the game area you can find several popular board games, cards, and childrens books.

KITCHEN AND DINING: Our well-equipped kitchen has everything you need to make a great meal for friends and family. We offer coffee and tea for our guests to enjoy at their leisure. A dining table to seat 6 is available, with lovely views of the backyard area.

BACKYARD: The main event! Find yourself in true bliss in our backyard sanctuary. There is a gas-lit fire pit with built-in seating on the outdoor patio, a fire pit in the back of the yard with on-site firewood, and six lawn chairs to satisfy your group. If you get lucky, you can enjoy wildlife, including deer, blue herring, hummingbirds, butterflies, eagles, mink, frogs, brook trout, and much more! Depending on the month, you may even be able to gather some native morel mushrooms! In the yellow shed, there are lawn tables, chairs, and outdoor couch cushions that you can use to your liking. Please keep in mind that our backyard is weather and season-dependent. After hard rains or during the rainy season, the back half of the yard is typically damp. Luckily, the upper patio and the yard nearest to the house are always usable.

LAUNDRY: There is a dedicated unfinished laundry space to use if needed. We provide an iron, ironing board, and detergent.
