Early Check-ins: If you wish to arrive before 3pm, we ll confirm availability 24 hours prior, and a surcharge of 50% of a night s rate may apply.

Deposit Requirement:
A deposit of €250 is required for access to the property, payable online ONLY by credit card via SWIKLY. You can expect a refund within 8-14 days post-departure, provided there are no damages noted.

Unauthorized late check-out: €90.
Detection of cigarette odor post-stay: €450.
Extra key service: Reserved exclusively for stays of 15 days or longer.
Lost keys? Fees range from €100 to €500, depending on the type of key, if left on the door or inside the apartment.

Paris 2024 Olympic Games Bookings:
A 30% deposit of the total booking amount is required for Olympic Games bookings.

We kindly remind you that the minimum age to make a reservation is 23 years. Individuals under 23 must be accompanied by an adult of the required age. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in denial of entry and no refund requests will be accepted.
