Public Transport: Take the RER B train from the airport to Gare du Nord. Transfer to Metro Line 5 (Direction Place d Italie) and disembark at Laumière. Our property is just a short 5-minute walk from there. Travel time: About 50 minutes. Cost: Around €11.

From Orly Airport (ORY)
Taxi: Approximately 40-50 minutes, contingent on traffic. Estimated fare: €35 - €45.
Public Transport: Use the Orlyval to Antony, then board the RER B to Gare du Nord. Change to Metro Line 5 (Direction Place d Italie) and exit at Laumière. We re conveniently located within walking distance! Travel time: Approximately 1 hour. Cost: €12.50.

From Gare du Nord Train Station
Taxi: Approximately 10-15 minutes. Estimated fare: €10 - €15.
Public Transport: Take Metro Line 5 (Direction Place d Italie) and alight at Laumière. Our property is just a short stroll from the station. Travel time: About 10 minutes. Cost: €1.90.

Nearby Public Transportation
Metro: The closest station is Laumière on Line 5, providing easy access to explore Paris. Additionally, Jaurès station, offering access to Lines 2 and 7bis, is also within walking distance.

Comfort: Bed linen and towels are provided for your convenience.
Professional Housekeeping: Services are included for both your arrival and departure to maintain the apartment in impeccable condition.

Family-Friendly Services:
Cot and High Chair: Available upon request with 72 hours notice and subject to availability. Please note that baby linen is not provided.

Check-In and Check-Out:
Check-in time begins at 2:00 PM. until 10:00 PM. Subject to availability, we can welcome you from 10:00 PM to midnight and a supplement of 20€ will be asked. After midnight, the check in can only be possible the next day from 9:30 AM.
Check-out time is 10:00 AM at the latest. For early arrivals or late departures, availability will be confirmed 24 hours prior, with any applicable fees clearly communicated.
A concierge service will send you the details of an agent who will give you the keys to my apartment. He will answer your questions about the apartment and how it works, as well as about the neighborhood.

Deposit Requirement:
Deposit: €250, payable online ONLY by credit card via SWIKLY. Refund within 8-14 days post-departure, provided no damages are noted.

Additional Charges:
Unauthorized Late Check-out: €90.
Cigarette Odor Detection: €450 if detected post-stay.
Additional Key: Service exclusively for stays of 15 days or more.
Misplaced Keys: Fees range from €100 to €500, depending on the key type, if left on the door or inside the apartment.

Responsibilities and Guidelines:
Key Management: Do not leave keys on the door or inside.
Noise Levels: Respect neighbors peace and quiet; excessive noise may result in deposit deductions.

Internet Etiquette:
Usage: Avoid unauthorized reproduction of copyrighted works. No browsing of websites prohibited by French and European legislation.
Availability: Internet access is temporarily unavailable until the beginning of October. Malfunctions from telecom operators are beyond our responsibility and won t lead to compensation.

Professional Usage & Photography:
Restrictions: No photo shoots, filming, professional appointments, or commercial uses without prior approval. Contact us for specific rates and permissions.

Paris 2024 Olympic Games Bookings:
Deposit: A 30% deposit of the total booking amount is required upon confirmation for Olympic stays.

Minimum Age Requirement:
Age: Minimum age for reservations is 23 years. Individuals under 23 may enter only in the presence of an adult meeting the required age. Non-adherence will result in denial of stay, with no refund requests accepted.
