Modern Condo in Mile End (Phase 1 - 101)

Our elegant condo is modern and spacious, located on Parc Avenue in the trendy Mile End area of Montreal. This modern condo is located on the first floor and has an outdoor balcony. This space can comfortably sleep up to 9 guests, in 3 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, and 1 powder room. The master bedroom consists of a king sized bed (two single sized beds placed together). Guests have the option of configuring the master bedroom as a king sized bed, or as two single sized beds. The second bedroom consists of a double bed. The third bedroom consists of a bunk bed with a full-sized dresser. All of our beds are dressed with fresh quality cotton sheets and luxurious duvets. Guests will also enjoy a full-sized luxurious bathroom stocked with fresh towels. The space is equipped with premium kitchen and laundry appliances. The living room and fully equipped kitchen are open concept and include a 65 Smart TV (without cable), Netflix, and free WIFI.

The rooms that are advertised as “King bed” refers to 2 twin beds together which we prepare as a king.
