Our elegant penthouse located in the trendy Mile End neighborhood of Montreal, can comfortably accommodate 10 guests in 4 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a fully equipped kitchen stocked with appliances, kitchenware, and a Keuring coffee machine. Common areas are open concept and the living area includes a 65-inch Smart TV. The master bedroom consists of a king sized bed (two single sized beds placed together), ensuite bathroom and a large walk in closet. Guests have the option of configuring the master bedroom as a king sized bed, or as two single sized beds. The second bedroom consists of a king sized bed with a large wardrobe closet. The third bedroom is located on the second floor, and is an open concept bedroom consisting of a queen sized bed. Lastly, the fourth bedroom consists of a queen sized bed. All bedrooms are dressed with fresh quality cotton sheets and luxurious duvet. The space consists of 1.5 bathrooms including both a jacuzzi bath and a separate standing shower. The bathrooms are stocked with fresh towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, body bar, and face bars. Guests have access to their very own 800-square-foot private rooftop terrace with an 8-seater hot tub, patio set and BBQ. (The hot tub is accessible all year round, while the patio furniture and BBQ are seasonal). Guests will also have access to laundry appliances in the condo (laundry detergent is provided).

The rooms that are advertised as “King bed” refers to 2 twin beds together which we prepare as a king.
