This apartment is just 5 mins walk to Town Hall / Wynyard Station.
There is Secure Parking just a 1 min drive from the apartment.

House Rules & Information:
1. No Smoking:
Smoking is strictly prohibited. A $500 AUD penalty will be charged for any evidence of smoking, including triggering the fire alarm system.
2. No Parties:
Parties are not permitted. Please be mindful of noise to respect our neighbors. Any loud noise or parties will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of your security deposit.
3. Quiet Hours:
Kindly observe quiet hours between 10 pm and 7 am to ensure a peaceful atmosphere for all residents.
4. Pets:
Service animals are welcome. Please contact us before booking to confirm accommodation for other pets.
5. Self-Check-In:
Check-in is self-service. Instructions will be sent the day before your arrival. If you encounter any issues, feel free to contact us.
6. Loss of Keys/Access Devices:
A $300 charge applies for lost keys or access devices. A $100 charge will apply for assistance with unlocking the door (or you may contact a local locksmith).
7. Damage Deposit:
A damage deposit will be held for any damages or losses during your stay.
8. Family-Friendly Stay:
Our apartment is an ideal choice for your family s comfort. While we don t provide baby cots, we warmly welcome families.
9. Environmental Responsibility:
Please help us conserve energy by turning off the air conditioning and lights when leaving the apartment.
10. Careful Handling of Property:
Handle fragile items with care. Notify us immediately if something is accidentally damaged.
11. Garbage Disposal:
Dispose of garbage in the chute located on the left-hand side of the lift. If you d prefer, you may leave it in the designated bin for us to handle.
12. No Drugs or Illegal Activities:
The use or possession of illegal substances, and any form of prostitution, is strictly prohibited.
13. Property Items:
Please do not remove any items from the property.
14. Items Left Behind:
A $50 handling fee, plus postage, will apply for any items left on the property.
15. Weekly Inspection:
For bookings over seven days, weekly property inspections will be conducted by the property manager to maintain the apartment’s condition.
