It boasts 130 meters of living space wherein a living area, a kitchen, a dining area, two bathrooms, and two bedrooms are placed to accommodate up to four guests. It is situated in one of the most avenues in the world, Champs Elysées, giving you access to the establishments that line the area. It is, however, important to note that this apartment is exclusively for long-term rental only, with a minimum of one year stay.
The 130 meters of living space of Champs Elysées - Paul Baudry II contains a living area, a kitchen, a dining area, two bathrooms, and two bedrooms that can accommodate up to four people. Its living area is furnished with a sofa, an armchair, and a media shelf with television to help you relax after a long day in the city. The kitchen is equipped with a boiler, a coffee machine, a freezer, a fridge, a microwave, a toaster, a dishwasher, and an oven that allow you to prepare food at your own convenience. A combo washer and dryer, iron, ironing board, and drying rack are also placed in the apartment to aid you with your vacation chores. A telephone and high-speed WiFi connection are also available to keep you entertained throughout your stay in this luxury apartment.
In addition to the living area and dining area, the apartment also has a study room in which a second sofa, a study desk and table, chairs, and cabinets are placed to help you do a quick work catch up on your stay.
