It boasts an area of 125 square meters of living space in which a living area, a kitchen, three bathrooms, and three bedrooms are placed on two levels that can accommodate up to six guests. This apartment is ideal for people who would like to have wonderful views of the Parisian cityscape and photographers as it offers wonderful views of Notre Dame de Paris, rue des Grands Degrés, and the Seine River.

In between the first level bedrooms is the staircase that leads to the second level wherein the living area, the kitchen, the patio, and the third bedroom and bathroom are located Its living area, which is a good relaxation spot, has rich red walls, a blue sofa with a matching armchairs, and a few desks.

Next to the living room is the well-equipped kitchen wherein you can cook meals at your own convenience through the appliances and cooking essentials placed here, some of which include a boiler, coffee machine, freezer, fridge, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, and oven. A washing machine, iron, ironing board, and clothes dryer, which are stored in the patio, are also placed in the apartment to aid you with your vacation chores. A telephone and high-speed WiFi connection are also available to keep you entertained throughout your stay in this luxury apartment.

The kitchen’s door leads to the patio wherein numerous plants are illuminated by the skylight. It is a good relaxation spot in the morning as you can feel the sunlight as you lounge around the area.
