Kamala Sea View villa with private pool & jacuzzi

This modern hillside villa is located in a small development in Kamala on the west coast of Phuket.
The villa offers 3 bedrooms, ideal for couples or small families who are looking to escape the hustle and bustle of daily life.
Entrance is on the lower level, which consists of two bedrooms, each one with its ensuite bathroom and a secondary living area or lounge.
On the upper level is an open-plan living, dining and kitchen area, and the third en-suite bedroom. The living area opens out to a covered terrace beside the infinity-edge swimming pool, which features a shallow wading area. Ocean view from the pool and living area as well as being private to unwelcome eyes. An outdoor staircase leads up to the roof terrace, which is perfect for entertaining with a Jacuzzi bathtub, BBQ with counter and sink, and an outdoor seating area for 6 a shade sail.

The Villa is completely secure with perimeter walls, a sliding remote control gate to access private parking for 2 cars. Located just 5 minutes drive to Kamala Beach. Within a short drive there are plenty of shops, restaurants and low-key nightlife along Kamala high street. We recommend renting motorbikes or a car.

Electric usage 50 kw/day is included, extra will be charged at cost 7 baht per unit. Water usage is included.
Please note, we require advance payment of 300 baht per night for Electric usage on your arrival date. We will check the meter reading on check out and refund the unused amount.

Cleaning service during the stay is not included in the rate, but can be arranged at an extra fee. Cost is 1800 baht per time and includes linen and towels change. Book 48hrs in advance by contacting us.
Late check in is available on request free of charge.
