This 3 bedroom apartment has all you need for your perfect holidays. A short ride to Patong s main strips, malls and restaurants, yet in a quiet neighborhood.
The living area has a big 55’’ Smart TV and a comfy sofa to relax after a day out. Private Wi-Fi for working online or streaming. Dining area with chairs and a table next to the large equipped kitchen with a dishwasher.
All bedrooms are en-suite with large bathtubs and king size beds. Two bedrooms have sea views. Each room has a 40’’ Smart TV and air-conditioning for your convenience.
The rooftop swimming pool can be accessed with a key card provided on check in.

Electric usage of 30 kw/day is included, extra usage will be charged at 7 baht/kw. Water usage is included in the price.
Cleaning during your stay is not included in the rate, but can be arranged at an extra fee. Cost is 1800 baht and includes linen and towels change. Please book 48 hours in advance.
Late check-in is available on request free of charge.

As per request by the Building administration we require passport copies of all guests in advance of the stay.
