The avenue is lined with fashion houses, art galleries, theaters, cafes, and cinemas, giving you access to numerous establishments during your stay for hassle-free errand runs and retail therapy sessions. The Champs Elysées - Iena offers a luxurious yet comfortable experience in Paris with its 165-square meter living space. The apartment has just been renovating, ensuring that everything is new and up-to-date.
Its spacious living area is furnished with two white couches, an elegant fuzzy rug, and a center table, and a television, making it a good relaxation spot after a long day in the city. A telephone and a high-speed WiFi connection are also available to keep you entertained throughout your stay in this luxury apartment. Just a few steps from it is the dining area with a glass table and six black chairs in which you can enjoy the lovely home cooked meals from the apartment’s monochromatic and spacious kitchen, which is located right next to the dining area.
The kitchen contains cooking essentials, including a boiler, coffee maker, freezer, fridge, toaster, dishwasher, a microwave, and an oven, that allow you to prepare food at your own convenience. It even has a small television mounted on the wall to entertain you as you cook. A combo washer and dryer, iron, and ironing board are also placed in the apartment to aid you with your vacation chores.
With two bedrooms and two bathrooms, the Champs Elysées - Iena is ideal for small families and groups of friends as it can accommodate up to four people. The first bedroom has a double bed, a television, a walk-in closet, and an en-suite bathroom that is fully-furnished with double sinks, a toilet, a full bathtub, and a shower area with a detachable shower head for your convenience.
The second bedroom is similarly furnished as the first one as it also has a television and a double bed. It, however, does not have a walk-in closet. An en-suite bathroom is also placed in the second bedroom, and it is fully-equipped with a toilet, a sink, and a shower area to provide you with more bathing facilities during your stay.
One of the outstanding features of the apartment, however, is the wraparound balcony, which can be accessed in the living area and the dining area. The balcony allows you to view the Eiffel Tower without traveling far.

The Champs-Elysees is also the main site for all major celebrations of Paris, some of which include New Year’s Eve and military parades on the 14th of July. The Jardins des Champs-Elysées is also located within the area, making it easier for you to sightsee the city.
Within the vicinity are the Iena, Boissieres, Kleber, and Georges V metro stations that give you a hassle-free access to other attractions within the city during your short-term or long-term stay at the Champs-Elysées - Iena.
