Bedrooms: There are 3 bedrooms; each bedroom is fitted with 2 single beds which can be joined to make one large bed, flat-screen Cable TV’s, ample closet spaces, and their respective bathroom.

The entire apartment is fully air-conditioned, with ample of natural light coming in through the large glass windows. It also has a fiber optic internet connection which is faster than the DSL. The building is very secure as it has a video surveillance system installed and a couple of care-takers looking after it.

This lovely abode is ideal for families or those coming for work with a maximum capacity of six guests. A minimum of one year rental is required for this property.

Note that there is a one month's fee, security deposit and electricity not included in the monthly rate. There is a parking spot in the garage available upon request and not included in the rate.
