Found on the 9th and last floor of a 1966 old building with an elevator, it literally overlooks the city. The property is spacious and has a floor area of 100 square-meters. It has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and boasts a 35 m² large terrace with a magnificent view of the majestic Eiffel Tower.

This luxury apartment is fully air-conditioned and can comfortably house up to 4 people. As you walk in, you’ll be welcomed by the fabulous open living and dining area fitted with 2 beautiful white large sofas, a sleek large stunning centerpiece and a wide huge flat screen TV. The wall decors are also hard to miss. The long stretch of glass windows allow natural light to pass through and give a panoramic view of the city.

On the other end, close to the glass window, overlooking the city and with a view of the Eiffel Tower is the dining area. Breakfast or dinner can also be had on the terrace as like the dining area, the terrace is also furnished with a table and chairs. The glass table on the terrace is large enough to accommodate several people.

Going back in and into the sleek and modern kitchen, you’ll also find a small seating area as well as a TV, dishwasher, washer and a dryer for added personal convenience. The kitchen has a professional look and is fully-equipped.

As to the bedrooms, both are fitted with a king-size bed and both have ample of storage spaces. Both have en suite bathrooms, one with a bathtub/shower and the other with a multijet shower. Both bathrooms are marble finished, have sinks and toilets.

This wonderful abode is ideal for two couples or a family of four. There is a minimum requirement of one year for this rental.
