Strategically located next to Plaza Catalunya corner Paseo de Gracia, this 5-bedroom, 2-bathroom luxury apartment is right in the heart of Barcelona. Nestled in a highly accessible neighborhood, this property’s seamless proximity to vital establishments and landmarks, allows guests to fully enjoy and savor all the urban conveniences of city life.
Set over two floors, and boasting a surface area of 140 m², this property can accommodate a large party. With a centralized air-conditioning and heating system, this property is ideal for all seasons.
Coming in, guests are welcomed by the beautifully decorated living room. It is well lit and properly ventilated and features a comfortable sofa and other furniture and furnishings. Not far away is a glass door that gives access to a small balcony furnished with a table, and chairs to allow guests to enjoy the authentic Barcelona atmosphere. It also allows natural light and fresh air to freely circle the apartment.
On this same floor, guests will find three bedrooms: the elegant master bedroom with a queen size bed and walk-in closet, and two double bedrooms with single beds. One of which is accessed through a spiral staircase. This bedroom is not recommended for people with difficulty climbing stairs or for toddlers.
Along the hall are the dining room and the fully equipped kitchen should guests opt to enjoy a self-prepared meal. At the end of the kitchen is a small cleaning area with washer and dryer integrated with the kitchen furniture. Completing the main floor is the white marble and glass finished bathroom.
An elegant wooden staircase leads to the top floor where the two other bedrooms are. One is a double bedroom and the other one is a twin bedroom. A spacious well-stocked bathroom can also be found on this floor to complement the two bedrooms. It’s worth noting that this area has low ceilings, providing a charming attic feel.
Another endearing feature of this apartment is that it provides an escape from the busy and bustling city life despite being in the heart of it. The apartment faces the interior of the block making it both central and quiet but not devoid of city view courtesy of the balcony on the other side of the apartment.
