This 50 square-meters apartment is very quiet and bright, located on the 3rd floor of a building without an elevator (there are 56 steps). It has a master bedroom for 2 with frescoes on the walls and view on the Duomo, a well-equipped kitchen, a living room with dining table and a sofa bed for two. The bathroom has a small window that also enjoys a great view of Brunelleschi's dome.

Fully-equipped kitchen, washing machine, oven, toaster oven, refrigerator with small freezer compartment, 2 TVs with Sat TV channels (one in the room, the other in the living room), electric coffee machine, hair dryer, central heating, Wi-Fi, air-conditioning, linens (for the room, bathroom and kitchen), gas, electricity, water.

If you arrive in Florence with a car, you can find private garages near the apartment to park.

Other things to note!

From 1 July 2011 the City of Florence by resolution of the City Council No. 230/33 of 06.20.2011, integrated by resolution No. 21/2012, has established the “'tourist tax”.

The tax is applied to non-residents overnight stays in the city of Florence and for a maximum of 7 consecutive nights. The tax rate for this tourist structure is 2.50 euro per person per night.

There are the following exemptions:

a) children up to twelve years old ;
b) people who care for patients admitted to local hospitals, including outpatient care, for a maximum of two assistants per patient;
c) patients who make hospital care in outpatient care;
d) students of the University of Florence
