Bali - Villa Tjitrap

Designed by an internationally-recognized architect, this beautiful luxury villa in Bali, Indonesia is a mixture of tropical and modern architecture with features of the old plantation house Tjitrap in Java, which was famous during the 19th century and frequented by many visitors. It also has the influence of the popular black and white houses of Singapore which adds to the Villa’s stunning and luxurious look.

This luxury villa is peacefully nestled in Seminyak which is well-known for its luxurious villas and fine beaches. With a total land area of 1,400 m² and a floor area spanning 800 m², this 6-bedroom, 7-bathroom, villa can comfortably host a large group of up to 14 guests.

Set over two floors, Villa Tjitrap is spacious, bright and well-ventilated. Coming in, you’ll instantly notice the designer’s dedication to wide and open spaces which is typical of old plantation houses alongside its high ceilings and beautiful garden.

The Villa has two separate structures. The main structure has 4 of the 6 bedrooms divided evenly with two bedrooms on each floor. The other two bedrooms are in the separated building near the well-stocked swimming pool.

On the GROUND FLOOR, you’ll find the stunning entrance to main house, fronting the huge pool. On the other end of the pool, you’ll find the separate house with two bedrooms. You’ll find exquisite furniture waiting in the lounge as you come in and more upon entrance.

The spacious and bright living room has huge high-end sofas and chairs and other exquisite pieces of furniture and fixtures. A beautiful modern chandelier can also be found hanging over the long wooden dining table fronting the fully equipped kitchen.

To complete this floor are the two bedrooms, each with their respective en suite bathrooms with bathtub. A separate toilet can also be found on this floor for guests.

To access the FIRST FLOOR, you need to take the stairs near the dining area which leads to the two other bedrooms, each with their own en suite full bathrooms with tub. Each bedroom also has their receiving area where you’ll find fine sofas, chairs, and beautiful centerpieces. Both bedrooms have access to a balcony overlooking the separate house, the infinity pool, and the garden.

The separate structure has two of the remaining bedrooms, each with their respective en suite bathrooms with tub as well.

The fully equipped kitchen has all the modern conveniences one would need to prepare from light to full meals. Outside the villa, you’ll also find restaurants and stores for your other personal needs with just a few meters walk.
