This modern villa is composed of 2 separate villas. One is a 2-bedroom villa and the other is a 3-bedroom villa. Both villas have a private pool and beautifully designed giving both a sophisticated and stunning look. Both have their respective elegant and classy living area with exquisite pieces of furniture. You’ll find lovely sofas, chairs, huge flat screen satellite TVs with international channels, DVD Players and a mixture of traditional and contemporary furnishings. You’d also find beautiful pieces of wooden furniture in both villas.

At 250 square-meters, the 2-bedroom villa can accommodate up to 5 guests, whereas the 3 bedroom villa can host up to 7 guests, spanning an area of 300 square-meters. At the maximum, the entire villa can host up to 12 guests comfortably.

The open kitchen and dining area are also neat and well-stocked. The kitchen is modern and equipped with the modern essentials of an urban kitchen.
