Description

A contemporary and spacious apartment in an ideal peaceful location on the outskirts of bustling Bellagio, one of Lake Como’s most famous towns which is referred to as 'The Pearl of the Lake'.

Bellagio is one of the three towns that make up the 'Golden Triangle' at the center of Lake Como where the Western and Eastern shores are Easily accessible.

With Apartament Villa Ottocento you have it all.

In its elevated position it is just a five minute drive from the many piazzas with their wonderful cafes and restaurants, yet just far enough away to give you peace and quiet and the time to take a breath to enjoy the views when you feel the need to get away from it all.

If you do not want to drive you can easily walk downhill into Bellagio centre or alternatively you can take the little tourist 'train' which runs regularly as well as public transport.

The apartment is located on the second (upper) floor of an ancient Villa which dates back to the 19th century and it has a small garden for your use in the grounds and secure parking for up to two cars.

Through the apartment door you are straight into the open-plan living/dining and kitchen area and you will immediately be struck by the feeling of space which is enhanced by the natural light flooding in through the many windows on three sides.

At either end of the room are French windows leading out onto balconies with lake views and an abundance of pink geraniums assaulting your senses.

The gene rous L-shaped sofa is very comfortable and a great place for lounging as well as converting into a double bed when required.

There is a contemporary glass-topped dining table and the modern kitchen has everything a keen chef could need if eating in is your preference including a fridge freezer, microwave, oven and hob and a dishwasher.

Down the hallway off the living space you will find the lovely light bathroom which has a full white suite including a tub with over-bath shower.

The two bedrooms are located at the end of the hall.

The master bedroom is a great space and has contemporary furniture including a king sized bed, plentiful sto rage and a TV for when you can be torn away from the views from your private balcony.
