Il Parco is located on the first floor of a new building with an outdoor staircase leading up to the hallway and its entrance door.

In the dining/lounge area there is a white wooden cupboard with a flat screen TV/DVD on top and in front it a beautiful crystal table that seat 4 people.

Next to the table a comfortable sofa, which is inde ed a sofa bed for an extra couple.

On your right you have windows overlooking the lake and the park which make the whole apartment very bright.

The furniture and the use of yellow as a colour for the interior convey even more light to the environment.

The kitchen is very functional and completed equipped with dish washer, microwave, cattle and everything that you might need to cook delicious meals for you and your family.

The bedroom is spacious with a big window, here there is a wide modern wardrobe with sliding doors, a very comfortable bed with bedside tables and lamps all in the same modern style.
