Every room in our home has direct views over the harbour & estuary, adorned with natural light, surrounding greenery and unparalleled outlook, this is the perfect place to unwind as a family or group of friends.

Once you arrive you will not want to leave, enjoying sunrise and sunset on the decking area, cocktails in the hot-tub and sun-downers from the master bedroom balcony.

Should you want to explore the fantastic locality, we are a 5 minute walk from the Harbour

The Space:
Our home is a spacious 3 bedroom property full of character ideal for a maximum of 6 adults. The master bedroom is extremely large with a vaulted ceiling and turret which oozes charm. The master suite benefits from a super-king bed, its own private balcony offering panoramic views of the estuary and harbour and an en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi bath tub.

Off the master bedroom is a guest room with twin beds and a study area, ideal for those seeking to work remotely or children.

The third bedroom has a super-king bed and benefits from a private en-suite bathroom.

Every bedroom has stunning panoramic views of the estuary.

The ground floor terrace is simply exceptional. We have a large al fresco dining table with 6 chairs and a parasol for enjoying the views and sunshine. We additionally have a large hot tub perfect for sun-downers or an early morning sunrise dip. On the terrace we have a large 4 burner gas BBQ so you can make the most of the wonderful meals outdoors whilst staying with us. Similarly to the upstairs every room on the ground floor enjoys stunning views. We have a large kitchen diner, cosy living area and a separate formal dining area.

The house oozes charm and character, with plenty of quiet spots to sit in seclusion whilst enjoying the outlook - perfect for a family staycation.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the whole property for the duration of there stay. The house is completely private with no one overlooking it.

Interaction with Guests:
Guests are left to enjoy and relax. We are always available via the messenger or in the event there is a unforeseen emergency

The Neighborhood:
Bursting with vibrancy and charm, Dartmouth has a rich maritime history and is home to the Britannia Royal Naval College. This pocket of the West Country is a haven for families and lovers of sailing and water sports. With such beautiful waterways comes supremely delicious food: from waterside gastro pubs and fine dining, to friendly cafes and quaint tea rooms for that obligatory cream tea.

Getting Around:
Potter around the Elizabethan streets and discover eclectic boutiques and inspired art galleries, or catch a ferry to Totnes, Kingswear or Salcombe to explore these equally charming South Hams towns. While away the day exploring the stunning local area: stroll to the nearby Sugary Cove for a picnic and stone skimming or take to the water for a dip.

Within a 10-15 minute walk, you will find yourself at the very beautiful Sugary Cove. It is a very small beach and well known to the locals. A short drive away is Blackpool Sands beach, a beach that has been described to have a ‘Mediterranean feel’ due to its golden sands, crystal clear waters and surroundings of beautiful evergreen and pines. There are more beaches within driving distance too, such as Beesands, Hope Cove, Bantham and Bigbury – all of which are worth a visit.

A popular walk in the area is the picturesque circular walk that incorporates Dartmouth Castle, you can either walk the mile that wraps around this historical icon or a moderate four mile coastal path that starts and finishes at the National Trust car park at Little Dartmouth.

If you’re a really keen walker you could walk the 11.7 miles from Dartmouth to Start Point Lighthouse!
