Our rental insurance offers you personal liability and protects you from accidents and property damage that can occur during your stay. Your personal liability includes any property damage due to fire, flooding or an explosion. It also extends to damage to the property or belongings of the owner of the rented accommodation.
You must take out the insurance policy no later than 10 days after paying the deposit and/or signing the rental agreement and at least 96 hours before the start of the rental period.
With the right rental insurance plan, whether you need a luxury apartment or you are looking for short term apartment rental in Paris or long term apartment rental in Brussels, you’re covered in the likelihood of such unforeseen events.
